Woman Assaulted/Sheriffs Recommend Exorcism
Barbara Panco was drugged and tortured into believing in demons by Richard Armstrong. Her food and drinks were spiked unbeknownst to her at the time. It is understandable that she would fall for Richards ridiculous storyline under those circumstances. The sheriffs on the other hand have no excuse.
Barbara and Richard shared a place together for a time. Richard complained about the wasting money on rent when they could live at her fathers and save money. Richard convinced Barbara that they had to leave because of demonic attacks. Here are two recordings of Richard talking to demons:
Even after moving, the "attacks" continued and began to grow more dangerous to Barbara and included her father.
According to the Sheriffs report on March 12,2014,(BELOW), "This evening both Rick and Barbie's 84 year old father claimed they saw the fireplace door, which is heavy and has a larger circular handle(SEE PHOTO BELOW), open on its own and Barbie was being pulled into the fireplace. Rick stated he had grabbed Barbie's feet to keep her from going into the fireplace."
It is important to note that Barbara's Father suffers from Dementia and was easily manipulated by Richard.
According to the report, Barbara's 84 year old Father said,"he felt a force push him from behind. He fell forward into Barbie. They both fell to the floor." The report then says, "Rick heard the ruckus. He came around to find what he felt was very suspicious that both of them were face down on the ground in the hallway on their stomachs."
In an interview conducted by Robin Hylton with Richard Armstrong, in August of 2013, Richard claimed to see Barbara dragged through the forest. He had to fight the demons for her constantly. He called himself her "Protector" and yet he himself never sustained injuries.
It is also important to note that there is some confusion in the first paragraph of the report as to who the reporting party is. It starts out indicating Richard is the RP. Deputy then states the RP is Shirley Phanco.
Barbara was never separated from the abuser during the Deputies interview.
Both Sheriffs recommend an exorcism. Deputy Anderson refers her to Freedom Encounter which is a demonic exorcism service for $152.00.

Barbara on the other hand sustained extensive and severe injuries including allergic reactions requiring hospitalization after eating Richards cooking. (SEE PHOTOS BELOW)

Name: Shannon S Dep NARRATIVE:
On 03-12-13, at approximately 1929, I, Deputy SHANNON, within the boundaries of Lewis County, was dispatched to 138 Combs Road for the following call: "Assault just occurred. Per the RP the RP's girlfriend is possessed. They tried an exorcism on the girlfriend, Barbie PANCO. No weapons. Said they had two priests and a minister there a couple days ago to do the exorcism. He said that something tried to push her in the fireplace and knocked down an 84 year old male. The RP also reported the 84 year old father was thrown up against a wall. RP said they need to smudge the house with sage. RP called a lady that is going to take the sage to the house, but will not go onto the property. RP wants a deputy to go to the residence and see that this is occurring. No aid is needed. RP said she can be called Shirley PANCO."
Deputy ANDERSON and I arrived at approximately 2230 due to case load. We were invited into the house. Barbie was seated in the living room near the fireplace smoking a cigarette. She stated she would talk to us. Barbie seemed to be an articulate smart young lady. She seemed tired, but lucid. She stated she has bruises and scratches all over her from a demonic possession. The bruises appeared to be older. There were no marks on Barbie's person that could not have been put there by herself. They certainly could have been put there by someone else, the bruising on her arms. There was nothing on her back, which would have

had to have been perpetrated by another person.
Barbie stated this started a couple weeks ago at 849 Cannon Road where she felt something was inside her. She expressed this to her boyfriend, Rick ARMSTRONG, who is also believing Barbie is possessed. Barbie is on Soma, a very strong pain killer that is usually reserved for cancer patients. She is also on anti-anxiety medicine due to several deaths in the family in the last year and the divorce. Barbie stated she does not believe her demonic possession is drug induced. She stated she doesn't do drugs. She doesn't believe it is a psychological problem. I tried to delicately suggest that a psychological evaluation may help, as well as a chemical evaluation and Barbie stated she believed this would be a waste of time.
Barbie claims she has been picked up and thrown up against a closet, picked up and thrown against other walls, pulled by the feet, smashed into a bathroom mirror, drug through the grass, and pulled over the back bench seat of a pickup truck and then wedged down in between the back of the seat in the bottom of the truck.
All of the occurrences seem to have started when Barbie was by herself or in view of Rick ARMSTRONG in reference to being thrown against the wall or pulled under a coffee table. Rick stated at one point recently Barbie was being pulled under the coffee table and he grabbed onto her and he, as a strong man, was having a difficult time hanging onto Barbie and eventually the force let go.
Rick ARMSTRONG claims he has spoken to the demon and he knows this because Barbie's face will slightly contort, there is some growling, and the demon has answered him when he asked questions. He stated he asked the demon when they were in the house on Cannon Road if he wanted them to leave and the answer in the growling demonic tone was yes. Rick stated he told the demon they would leave and they did leave to Barbie's father's house at 138 Combs Road. They thought they were safe and then in the last couple days more incidents have occurred where Barbie is being thrown into walls or her feet are grabbed.
She stated she gets very cold prior to the onset of the demon. Rick stated he also gets cold when the demon appears. They had two pastors from the east end area come over to the house two days ago. They said one minister was speaking to her in Latin and the other in English while her head was being anointed with oil. She doesn't remember, but states she was told she began to speak Latin. Barbie says she doesn't know how to speak Latin.
This evening both Rick and Barbie's 84 year old father claimed they saw the fireplace door, which is heavy and has a larger circular handle, open on its own and Barbie was being pulled into the fireplace. Rick stated he had grabbed Barbie's feet to keep her from going into the fireplace. Prior to the fireplace incident, Barbie was in the bathroom. She stated something grabbed her and threw her into the bathroom mirror. She was not injured. She was brushing her teeth and had her toothbrush in her hand. Her father, who again is 84 and uses a cane, came down the hallway to see what was the matter. For whatever reason, the father took the toothbrush out of Barbie's hand.
They were exiting the bathroom coming down the hallway. Barbie was in front of her father. The 84 year old stated he felt a force push him from behind. He fell

forward into Barbie. They both fell to the floor. Rick heard the ruckus. He came around to find what he felt was very suspicious that both of them were face down on the ground in the hallway on their stomachs. After the fireplace incident occurred they called the pastor. The pastor told them what they needed was beyond his experience. Deputy ANDERSON happened to know one of his clergy that actually does exorcisms and claims to be very competent at exorcisms.
Deputy ANDERSON gave the family the name of this pastor. I also let the family know there was a Roman Catholic priest named Father SMITH of Morton and perhaps he could help if he was still around. Deputy ANDERSON and I were out at this location or in and about the area for approximately two hours. There was no overt sign of any demonic possession or severe mental decease while we were present.
We did stay in the area for another forty minutes after we departed the home in case another incident occurred where Barbie may be involuntarily taken into custody for a psychiatric evaluation. Another incident did not occur. Barbie did not want to go voluntarily and felt it would be a waste of time. Barbie stated she did not feel like harming herself or others. She again stated the bruising she has was from the demon throwing her around.
Barbie did not have significant injuries or ones that concerned me that she was a risk to herself. Deputy ANDERSON and I have no conclusion in reference to this bizarre report. Barbie has been under an extreme amount of stress lately, having lost her mother recently, a couple other relatives, and a twenty year marriage resulting in divorce and again it appears as though she is on some heavy medication. Barbie clearly stated Rick did not put these marks on her person.
At this time, this report has been taken for informational purposes and can be closed.
